Dr Spencer Lazarus


Is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and registered as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). He is also a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), the Institute of Professional Engineering Technologist (IPET) and the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA).

Spencer holds a National Diploma and Baccalaureus Technologiae Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a PhD in Construction Management. Spencer is a specialist in Project Management, Facilities Management, SMME Development and Property Development. Spencer is also a guest lecturer for the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and the University of the Free State (UFS). He lectures courses in Facilities Management, Building Condition Assessments and Building Maintenance.

Ms Anastasia Koutsouridou


Ms.Anastasia Koutsouridou holds a BSc (Sociology) from the Panteio University of Athens in Greece and an MSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey in the UK. Since 2007 she is the administration manager of Epidomos Techniki Ltd., a technical company in Greece. Epidomos Ltd started in 1965 as a private enterprise undertaking several structural designs and construction of private and public technical projects. Since then, the company has developed a specialized know-how on the structural design of reinforcing existing buildings. At the same time it develops a group of highly trained and experienced engineers, on-site instructors and workers and undertakes construction projects concerning the reinforcement, repair and protection of existing structures

Qualifications: B Sc Degree in Sociology (University of Athens) and M Sc Degree in Business Management (University of Surrey).

Mr Mlindi Magodla


Is also a Project Manager, and is supported by a NH Diploma in Building Surveying, a Diploma in Building, and certificates in Project Management and Facilities Management. Mlindi has vast experience in the arena of project management, managing multi-million rand contracts in the process. He is also an accredited mentor with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). This enables him to invest his skills into developing new project managers. Mlindi has a strong technical and construction background with a wide range of experience ranging from quantity surveying to property assessments and mentoring small emerging contractors. Mlindi adopts a “hands on” management style with innovative, creative and practical problem solving skills for various technical and construction problems. He is a committed, loyal, reliable and motivated team player.

Qualifications: National Higher Diploma in Building Surveying, Diploma in Building, Certificate in Project Management, Certificate in Facilities Management.

 

Mr Keith Walsh


Mr Keith Walsh is a Project Manager with more than three decades of working experience. With a Diploma in Business Administration and a Certificate in Estate Agency (CEA), Keith specialises in the surveying and condition assessment of movable and immovable assets. This includes analysing the maintenance requirements of assets, preparation of detailed reports on the assets and documenting the asset history. Keith has successfully project managed an initiative for the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM); which was the surveying and assessment of 900 facilities over a 6-month period. Keith is also an accredited Skills Development Facilitator and has experience in developing Workplace Skills Plans.

Mrs. Roqshanah Morgan


Roqshanah Morgan holds the following qualifications a National Diploma in Business Assistance, Introduction to Occupational Health and Safety, Introduction to SAMTRAC, Safety-Health and Environment Management (SAMTRAC) certified practitioner. She is the data capturing and administrator for a Building Condition Assessment projects.

Qualifications: National Diploma in Business Assistance, Introduction to Occupational Health and Safety, Introduction to SAMTRAC, Safety-Health and Environment Management (SAMTRAC) certified practitioner.

Ms Leigh Adams


Is a lawyer by profession and a member of the Cape Law Society. She holds a LLB Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Leigh serves as a Compliance Officer and consults on all contractual and administrative matters. She has experience working both abroad and in South Africa.

Qualifications: LLB Law, Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Mr Malibongwe Lusasa


Is a Project Manager with on-site construction experience, which has proven to be invaluable to SL Man. He has his National Diploma in Building with specialisation in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. Malibongwe’s key functions are on-site construction management and the procuring of material and project resources.

Qualifications: National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management (Building). Applying SHE Principles, Introduction to SAMTRAC, Safety-Health and Environment Management (SAMTRAC) certified practitioner.

Ms Sue Parkin


Is our Architectural Technologist, and boasts a vast repertoire of experience in building design, space planning and the drafting of plans. Sue adds much value to the overall look and feel of each client’s property.

Qualifications: Professional Architectural Technologist (Pr A Tech), National Diploma (Interior Design), B-Tech (Interior Design).

Marcia Williams


Marcia is a Property Manager and Project Administrator and her key functions are to provide project support, networking and marketing our services to new clients. Her key focus areas are property Management, Real Estate Sales and Marketing. In addition she provides the Project Managers with key back up support on projects.

Qualifications: Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Arts Degree (Metaphysics)
